I’ve been watching some anime recently, like dragon ball z, one piece and other shows that present a lot of food that never gets out of my head.
But then suddenly something popped up.
What could be the most loved cooking genre anime that fans loved?
Cooking Anime 2022
Adorable Food Goddess
When you start the series, expect a few surprises while it begins with a girl named Yi Jia Yao finding herself back in time in the body of yee jin Schwan.
It becomes about a lot more. There’s quite a mix of genres in this anime.
The plot may come off a bit strong, but you can still enjoy the lovely cooking while you delve into the story.
Their cooking animations are top-notch but other than that, they are on a mediocre level.
t bothers me that the background is excellent, but the characters stand out too much as their outlines are very thick.
The characters are usually simplified whenever the mood is meant to be comedic
The special effects included in the animation add to the comedic relief and charm of the series too
Yejiyao dreamed of having her restaurant until one day. She finds herself traveling back in time into the body of yejin strong.
Now, as a daughter of an official, she is constantly chased by bandits who stand in the way of achieving her dream.
She sets on a path to earn a name for herself with a unique cooking style mix of modern and old cuisine.
Adorable food goddess offers a delightful foodgasm experience with funny characters in a romantic yet hilarious setting and a touch of isekai and time travel vibes.
I also like how this anime explores how different ingredients can be worked together, even if it’s mentioned in passing.
The plot and characters can be debated whether they’re truly enjoyable or not. But the way this show presents cooking is quality work.

8. Yakitate Japan
Yakitati japan is an anime about bread. That is the star of this anime series.
The story tells of Azuma and how his love for bread has him aiming toward making the best pieces of bread of all time.
If this sounds surprising, then you have to check out more anime.
Yakitati Japan is quite an interesting one. It sets out a neat plot for the whole story, introduces us to many characters and shows us that red is a lot more interesting than we could have ever imagined.
I can’t help but feel that the story will eventually bog itself down if it doesn’t keep everything interesting.
There’s a lot of enjoyment about yakitati so far if you’re in for meaningless fun with a nice oddity to the story.
Who knows, reading this may inspire you to become a baker and bake your national bread for the world to enjoy.
Thus, after discovering the wonders of bread making at a young age, Kazuma Azuma embarks on a quest to create japan’s unique national bread and be blessed with hot hands that allow the dough to ferment faster.

Along with his new-found friends and rivals, Azuma strives to create new and unparalleled bread that will start a baking revolution.
There’s a lot of creativity to be found within the series, and it can be over the top at times but still feels grounded in an actual storyline.
It is somewhat expected to be quirky because it is a shonenesque series featuring bread making.
It’s somewhat goofy, but the way it delves into baking bread is fascinating.
As a cooking series, this is one of the more memorable pieces from the classic era of anime in the mid-2000s.
Now I know that a series about bread making alone may not seem like much but trust me, yakitati Japan found a way to make things interesting.

Not tried struggling, not trying to get better. in the first two episodes, he and his friends get caught in some predicament and have to win a cooking contest to save their hides.
